This is off Garth's first album. Track 7. I believe it is self titled, and was originally released on April 12, 1989. This album is certified at 9 million (according to the official Garth Brooks website http://www.garthbrooks.com/).

As you'll most likely come to find, I am a Garth Brooks junkie. The power of Garth's reach seems to stem from the wide reach of his song lyrics. They apply to broad spectrum of people and thus is his mass appeal (I have heard that somewhere; I want to say it was in his six disc album DVD set... but it's spot on in my opinion). Speaking for myself, there are many times when work runs long, or bills pile up, or just plain fatigue sets in... these lyrics tend to play in the back of my mind. Great song, great artist.
